There is a lot we can do with it.  Since the deck seems to revolve around bounce, cards, and counters it has a lot of potential.  First step: Cut the fat.

First, your deck runs a lot of "one ofs" and that's a bad thing without the Mirage block tutors.  There are also some more efficient cards you could be running, and I will try and keep the number of rares down. Next: your decklist isn't T2, so I'll have to cut two of my favorite cards, Forbid and Capsize. The last problem is that you have too little land.  This is gonna cause you the most losses, since you'll never be able to cast your good stuff. The least amount of land you should put in a deck is 20, except for 10 Land Stompy, but that's a different story.  Most decks need 24.

This deck is a lot more controlish than the previous Tricks deck.  The counters are there to stop the things Alexi can't, like Blastoderm, Saproling Burst, Parrallax Wave and Armageddon.  Alexi is a 3/3 beatstick, but with cards like Urza's Rage running around, I thought having Air Elemental backup would be prudent.

A Draw Go rip off you say? Fine, I'll make another deck.

All that useful bounce packed in with Warped Devotion is sure to cause a few headaches.  Pull the Recoil for Counterspell and the Withdraw for Undermine if Armageddon is popular in your area.
