Transgress the Mind
 
Ever since I learned that there was a format that cared about mana cost - and wanted it to be low - I haven't been able to look at cards with game text like this one without thinking about how they're basically blank in a format like that. Of course, there are cards that basically do nothing in Commander, or, nowadays, do nothing outside of Commander, so we're a little more used to the idea. The fact that its effect is highly specific makes it more the sort of card you look at for sideboard purposes, and when you do side it in there are decks that it basically tears apart: many control decks hate it, and anything depending on something like The Great Aurora or Warp World might fold after even one casting.
