Beseech the Queen

I'm seeing this in some sort of deck that can abuse Korlash's Grandeur ability.  Verstaile tutors are always in demand, and this one is so versatile it can not only find almost any card, it can be cast on any colored mana.  Astounding in black decks, but playable in almost anything.

This should be a good card, but the inverse proportionality of its speed and power make it pretty blah. Ideally you want to play it for BBB on turn 3, but if that's the case, you're only going to be able to fetch something that costs 3 or less at absolute best. The longer you wait to play it, the more powerful it is, but later on this isn't as useful, unless you're trying to find an answer for a threat, and at that point you're probably behind in the game anyway. It might be good in a revival of the Korlash deck, but that's all I can think of.

In limited, however, this is more useful because slow is okay and it finds your bomb.

I don't really like the restriction tied to the number of lands you control. Late game it gets a little better, but even then it's still inefficient unless you can get the triple black. It's not a terrible card, but there are better options around.

Diabolic Tutor has been around for a while, and that hasn’t seen a lot of play recently, so I don’t see this card getting a lot of the spotlight anytime soon. In limited, this should see some play. Tutoring for your best card is never a bad thing, provided you have something worth searching for.

Constructed: Any type of tutor is awesome. Third turn you can get any card 3 or less or even a land. Late game go find any card in your deck unless its Draco, ha. The ablity to use it in any colored deck makes if very good. Not cheap though but still good. Should see some play in Black decks or deck with major black in them. Maybe it will show up in a non-black deck, interesting.

Casual: Should appeal to alot of players out there who like to search their decks for cards they want now.

Limited: Draft it's a top pick. Need to find a answer now or find one of your bombs in sealed deck. My sealed pool at the Pre Release I had one but I did not use black, but I could have used it in my deck anyways.

Overall a solid tutor, not as great as other tutors, but a interesting idea on the mana cost is very appealling.
