Unfortunately, I don't think this card is going
to be that great. Hurricane and Earthquake were
both more specialized. And now you have Shard
Phoenix and Pyroclasm anyway. I wouldn't expect
Savage Twister to see too much play.

Savage Twister
Twister is a "back in the day" card, often
remembered with fondness. The rumblings I am
hearing about the new Guildpact set is that Red
Green is going to be awesome in the new
constructed format. It is very possible that
Savage Twister will find its niche there. At the
very least, it will be amazing in limited play,
and should be drafted quickly whenever peered
upon. A solid removal spell.
