Dragon Blood works to bit by bit build up your creatures.  In constructed, a little slow, but in limited can eventually break the game, though I guarantee that your opponent will jump through their arse to get rid of it before it gets out of control. All you need is one creature with some kind of evasion or nasty virtue, and you can pump it to beyond manageable proportions for your opponent. Cool pic.

An old school favorite that has come back in Mirrodin. Unfortunately, as good as it is, it's slow. That makes to unusable in most non-casual constucted decks.

In limited, slow is fine. Play this if you have it.

Dragon Blood
It used to be amazing in limited, now it's just ok.  Good with a spikeshot
goblin or pentavus,  but otherwise,  you compare it to a battle gear and it
takes at least twice as long and 12 mana total rather than just 6 to give a
guy +3/+3.
limited 3.1
constructed 2.7

This card is obviously a limited only card, but its a good one. A bit slow, but it can take over a game with the right stuff... especially that spikeshot goblin guy. This card all in all is a good reasonably early-mid pick. Sometimes a goes a bit late and if you can - scoop one. Lots of evasion + this = hard to deal with, but normally this can be hard to deal with. Just remember: its slow, but worth it when it works.

This card is a bomb in limited.  Friday night, I saw a guy hold off a swarm of attacker switch a few creatures and dragon blood.  It really screws up with the maths of the game.  And, if you let it scare you into not attacking at first, you then have to worry about huge creatures late game.  If your drafting, pick it pretty early.  3 - 5 pick I would say.

Constructed, I don't know.  I never understand why a card can be really good in limited, and not constructed.  This just feels to me liek it wouldn't do too good in constructed.  Creatures aren't important in constructed, at least not as important as they are in limited.  And lots of decks can deal with creatures easily.  Wasted mana investments. It could be comboed with tomorrow's card though.

Limited: 4 (Hate pick if anyone around you is playing green.  You do not want this with a trampler)
Constructed: 1 (creatures are too much of a liability)
Timmy Rating: 5
