Bane of the Living - One of the better rares that Legions has to offer. In limited, if you're playing black, this card is crazy good, and you play it, hands down.

Constructed: 3
Limited: 4.5
Current Price:
$6.20

Blacks answer for Wrath of God. What's even better, since it's morphing when it happens, it's uncounterable. There is a good chance this card will find itself in a deck when Legions becomes legal in March.

In limited, you play this. A first pick, and if it's in your last pack and you're not going black, you still take it and find a way to splash if you can.

Constructed: 4
Limited: 5

This is one of the few creatures that I might think will see a bit of play. This is a good way to have more than 4 Mutilates, for example. Also, this gives you the Mutilate effect without having to play a lot of Swamps. I didn't say it was a great card, but I think it will see some play.

In limited, this is GREAT to have. Sweep the board and start anew, usually at an advantage. I'd always play this if I had it and had enough black. Even if I didn't, in draft, I might defensively draft it.

Constructed: 3.75
Limited: 4.75

Bane of the Living
The only way this guy could be better is as a zombie or beast, he's the
right size for his mana cost, he beats down and he can sweep the board. in
limited he'll often sweep the board and stay alive too. constructed - 3.6 limited - 3.8
