Continuing with our fecal theme for the week, this is another card that is poop.  This card is good with 1 other - Illusions of Grandeur.  Outside of that, it's either poop, or something to wipe the poop away with.

In limited, it's not even worth wiping your butt with due to the sharp corners.

Constructed (w/ Illusions): 5  (w/o Illusion): 1
Limited: -1
Current Price:
$3.20

Poop Rating:  Pretty, pink, Beeble-ridden poop.

Eww... a blue card that brings shivers to my spine. Stupid Illusions of Grandeur! Though I actually have a good lifetime record against it. It's only good in a combo with some really ugly something or other.

In limited, the card is practically unplayable unless you happen upon something icky to Donate to your opponent.

Limited: 1

And now we come to Christmas Eve, and one of the biggest traditions of Christmas is giving presents. What Magic card better inspires the unconditional giving than this?

However, there are a lot of bad enchantments that really make this card go, and that is how this card shines. Whether it is Donating Illusions of Grandeur to your opponent, or giving them a Forbidden Crypt, you can end the game in a way not seen before this card was printed.

In limited, there's typically nothing good to get rid of, so this card is crap.

A combo piece,  no matter how you look at it.  This card has to go with
something else to be good.  So find the worst possible card you can with the
biggest drawback,  and give it to your opponent,  and make sure they can't
handle the drawback.  Allowing for 2 card combos,  such as illusions-donate,
this has been quite an influential card,  more so than other "swapper"
cards because it's cheap and lets you give up enchantments.  But again,
this card requires another card to be good,  and it's really the other card
that does all the work.  Nearly worthless in limited,  unless you're playing
an odd limited environment where you could get a forbidden crypt or an
illusions in your packs.
