STRENGTHS:
4 damage Psychic Blast! With 10 AV and two targets,
War is deadly from 8 range. He's also Invulnerable
like the other LE Horsemen. Mid-dial, he shifts to
his "Fight" SP, Energy Explosion with a twist: hit
targets can't do anything but fight. Late-dial, he
goes all-out with Pulse Wave. He bears a solid AV
throughout.
WEAKNESSES:
His mid-life damage is weak; using that SP could
backfire a bit by forcing the targets to be more
aggressive.
CARDS OR COMPANIONS TO CONSIDER:
The YELLOW LANTERN is superb on his early clicks.
Also consider RECHARGE for his Energy Explosion. His
Horsemen pal Pestilence's Poison helps to trigger
his "War" trait (though any Poison piece will do
well).
IN SUM:
Stable offensive power makes him the choice piece
among the Horsemen of Apocalypse. 4 of 5.
