#5 The Question

Starting the top 5 of the 10 best HeroClix of 2008, #5 is The Question from Arkham Asylum. I reviewed her in November and gave her a rare 5 of 5 (http://www.pojo.com/heroclix/COTD/2008/Nov/5.shtml). Why? Because The Question is:

1. ...Cheap.

37 points is not much to spend for...

2. ...Outwit.

This useful support power is especially good with...

3. ...Stealth.

She has a dial full of it.

4. Willpower.

Keeps her mobile and active.

5. Her keywords are not bad.

Martial Artist and Gotham City are rather croweded with some good teammates for her, actually.

6. mini-Perplex.

Sure it only affects foes, but with the Fantastic 4 rules that's actually pretty useful, enabling her to ding enemy stats for a whole round instead of just her turn.

7. Never helpless vs. Invulnerability, etc.

Close Combat Expert helps even when she's lost Outwit. Not bad for less than 40 points.

8. A bit of range.

Not just relegated to hiding and Outwitting from the shadows, she can deal a little hurt as well from six squares away. And a couple of clicks have Energy Explosion (called her Apokoliptian Pistol...there's that Darkseid connection I alluded to last time).

SO useful in SO many ways for SO few points, she SO earns the #5 spot among the top ten Heroclix of 2008.

From a new god from the edge of creation to a new detective on New Earth. It seems we're going from the heights to the depths as we go higher on this list, as you'll see next time.
