Judge Death
Our last Unique of the week, and he’s a doozy. The arch enemy of everything alive in the 2000 A.D. universe, Judge Death. At one point Death was a living, breathing Judge, but he’s since become a non-corporeal nightmare who can take over any body, and dish out his sentences…usually Death! He and three other Judges formed the Dark Judges, and are a threat to every living thing period!

Judge Death is 141 points, and rightfully so. He’s got the maximum 11 clicks of health, and starting stats of 8 Speed, 10 Attack, 15 Defense and 3 Damage, but again, some of his stats go up as he gets hit. His plethora of powers include Stealth, Phasing/Teleport, Blades/Claws/Fangs, Invulnerability, Toughness, Impervious, Regenerate, and Battle Fury for the whole dial. He’s just a monster waiting to be unleashed. Who needs a paramedic for this dude, he’ll be there until the very end of the game. He’s so nasty…

Death sells for a high of about $40 and a low of about $14, but again, most of the sales have been in the $20-30 range. And it may be me, but shouldn’t Judge Death appear a BIT more menacing? WK’s sculpt makes him look like a pansy.

My Ratings:
Playability 4.5 of 5
Collectability 4 of 5.

Next week, maybe more Indyclix!

The Antman Judge Death - Unique

Sorry people, but I am not me today so I am sorry is my report isn't that good but I just wanted to do Judge Death after I saw the status =).

Well now to start off today's CotD I think we should talk about the point value Judges point value is 141 and for a unique of its status I think the point value here is more balanced with the character and his (is he/she a he or a she? well I'll just call him/her a him, correct me if I am wrong) status. For his speed he stats out at 8 (which is nothing to be proud of) and it doesn't go up at all until the 7th click (which it goes back up to 8) and after that it goes back down. On the first click he has stealth, on click's 5 and 6 he gets phasing, and on click 7 he gets stealth again. The thing that interests me most about this character is the last click, but I will talk about that at the end. Next is the Attack. Judge Death's Attack is very low for a Character with B/C/F (clicks 1-4 and clicks 7-10) his highest attack is 10 on his first click and back to 10 on his 7th click (deja-vu huh?) the only time his attack gets bellow 8 though is on clicks 5,6, and 11 when his attack is 0, but I will get to that later. Now to the Defense; Judge's Defense isn't that exciting and like all his other status it goes back to its original status at click 7. the only thing good about his D is the superpowers. His superpowers are not unlike Hellboys D with the constant changing from invariability to toughness to impervious and back. but the thing about this figure that differs it from Hellboy is the fact that he has regeneration at his 11th click (like ver Hulk) which I think makes all the difference, now if he only had willpower... Judge Death's last stat is his Dmg. nothing much here, battle furry for all 11 clicks and 3 dmg from clicks 1-4 and 7-10. The last thing I wanted to talk about is Judges 5th, 6th, and 11 clicks. first of all Judge is the first click that I have seen that has a stat with 0 that is not dmg. for clicks 5 and 6 his D seems to have gone way up in protection for his 0 attack and 0 dmg. for his speed (like I said earlier) he has phasing (quick retreat) and for his Defense (like I said also) he has Impervious (for incase he gets attacked). And for his last click he has all status at 0 except for his D (which is at 10) and his only protection there is his regeneration which can be really useful, but with one 2 on a regeneration roll, and the Judge will get KOed for good.

Rating:

200 point: 2/5 he is too much for this format

300 point: 4/5 very good just use him wisely

400 point: 4.5/5 in this format you can have a lot to pretect him

draft: 5/5 this should be one of those first pick charictors (after medics)

overall: 4/5 a good charicter but you should be charful if he gets stuck in one of his 0 status bars...

final thought: NEVER play this figures without a medic if you don't have a medic on your team his rating will go down one point in each format.

so peace out people hope you liked this days review!!
