The Story of how i got Thor

Tournament was August 7th 2004

it was a dark day, the clouds were brooding as soon as i awoke and looked at

the sky i could tell the gods were brooding, placing there bets on the open 
universe restricted heroclix tournament today, in just under and hour inter-
dimensional portals would open up and heroes and villians from different 
planets,universes and, times would enter this world to do bloody battle. i 
had chosen for my allies the resourful ironman(u), the incredible copy cat 
taskmaster(e), a ww2 medic transported through time(r), one deadly nunchuck 
trained ninja assasin(r), a vicious vampire lakey(v) and lastly one

of the most devious teen titans enemies deathstroke(v). i went threw my matches 
fairly easily my team stricking down devine justice, even educating a less 
experienced general, but then things began to take a turn for a worse

as darkside stood up to ironman, ironman blasted him a grevious wound which was 
then healed by a expertly trained chemate medic, the match ran out of time but 
i had taken the greater loss, luckily i made it into the top4 by 3pts. in the 
semifinals i faced a stealthy disastrously determined team in the bat cave, led 
by punisher(e) with his teamated being black widow(v), rasputin(e), pyro(r), 
and a fairly seasoned deo agent by the name of
stephanie(e) the battles began ironman desintigrated pyro so he could not make 
a wall of flames to shield his allies, in the process however he was nicked by 
rasputin and his stabilizers were disrupted diabling him from flying and 
shooting at once. the battle raged on, many a blow was both dealt

and recieved, and in the end it came down to deathstroke v.s punisher, rasputin, 
deathstroke when he was just starting out and stephanie. the terminator fought 
hard avoiding all the blows being dealt to him and blasting away killing punisher, 
his inexperienced doopleganger and stephanie

even regenerating after a volley of attacks but in the end was barely beaten

by rasputin. i was out of the tournament tieing in third. my friend andre won 
the fellowship award and took home querl dox, my other friend travis who

beat me went onto the finals and won demetri pushkin. i was tired and beaten

every sap of energy robbed of me my eyes sore from the looking at dials i sought 
comfort and bought a booster of ultimates and some pop and chips plus

a couple comics. me and andre began to talk "man that was close, but it was fun i 
had alot of good games, its too bad i didn't win anything though" "yea

o well ya win some ya lose some, least you had fun right?" "yea, ya know what would 
be hillarious if i got thor in this booster i wouldn't even care if i lost i'd just 
laugh my ass off" "yea that'd be hillarious" andre opens the booster for me "ok 
exp guy with ugly mask that looks like a face, veteran sentinel trooper, oh my 
god!" "what? did i get a morlock don't screw

with me andre im in no mood" "oh my god you *astard!" "oh cmon what is it" a

blue shell begins to creep out of the box "its thor!" "shut up" "no look" 
"ahhhhhh!, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha" needless to say it was a good day, 
and now i've got my own bit of mjorin might i think its clear who the real 
winner was  :P
