STRENGTHS:
Running Shot, 12 AV, Ranged Combat Expert and
Sharpshooter? Yikes. You can ping 'em one turn, push
for the big damage, then sit on his FB click ready
with Psychic Blast to really bring the pain.
The unfortunately-titled "White Flight" restores
Running Shot with the 33% healing chance. Psychic
Blast works with Energy Shield/Deflection while
Combat Reflexes shows just as he's maybe wanting to
close in and use Pulse Wave (and his Sharpshooter
skills enable him to pull off a point-blank PW).
WEAKNESSES:
His base DV, esp. on the Toughness-laced opening
clicks, is never very good. He's a LOT of points.
CARDS TO CONSIDER:
TRICK SHOT or ELITE SNIPER are expensive but really
good on him...probably the latter being stronger.
IN SUM:
A great shooter. 4 of 5.
