STRENGTHS:
Her opening click is a strong Charging one. She gets Poison on her Force Blast click so she isn't averse to pushing to it at ALL. Then, on click 3, she gains Exploit Weakness and her "White Rush" that gives her a 33% shot at healing when she Charges. (She has to be more careful, here, as she soon swaps Invulnerability for Defend.)
 
The back half of her dial (until the Last White Lantern Click) is HSS, Toughness, and a run of Enhancement for the shooters she'll be running beside/behind after she's taken her hit & run shot. 
 
WEAKNESSES:
There's a couple of Defend clicks in the middle forming an unfortunate soft spot. 
 
CARDS TO CONSIDER:
FORTITUDE looks attractive. If she's with her Amazon sisters, run an ATA — Amazons if you have the points, White Lantern Corps if you don't.
 
IN SUM:
