STRENGTHS:

Non-stop Phasing/Teleport and good speed values are one strong point. Pulse Wave and Energy Explosion both offer options for range attacks and, early on, alternating runs of Super Senses and Energy Shield/Deflection bolster his defense options. Very long dial for the cost, too.

WEAKNESSES:

Absolutely no damage reduction. Attack and damage values both are a bit weak and defense slips in the late-dial, too. No keywords at all.

CARDS TO CONSIDER:

No keywords + under-100-point cost = LONER.

IN SUM:

Just OK. While far cheaper than the Power Cosmic version, he doesn't pack the power to really make him worth it. 2 of 5.
