everyone. I’m back fro ma very long vacation. I
started my senior year this Wednesday so I
wasn’t able to do reviews till today. Also, I
had no access to a computer when I went on
vacation so I’m truly sorry for the delay. But,
I will now take my roll back and I and the other
reviewers will try our best to give you our
opinions on the heroclix of the day. Today’s
Character is:
Blackfire (Starfire’s sister and her enemy)
Points:
48/62/78
The best
version seems to be the veteran because even
though she is 15 more points than the exp. She
keeps running shot longer and has a better
attack and defense as well to begin with. So
I’ll review the veteran version.
Team

Range:
10 with two targets
Health:
7 clicks
Stats
Speed: 8,
8, 8, 7, 7 ,6, 6
On the
first three clicks she has running shot and the
last 3 clicks she has force blast.
Attack:
10, 10, 9, 8, 8, 7, 7
No powers
but still a healthy attack. For her points she
deserved maybe one click more of 9 attack but
this works fine.
Defense:
15, 15, 15, 14, 14, 14, 13
She has
toughness for her first 4 clicks then she has
willpower for the next 3 clicks on her dial.
Damage: 4,
4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2
She has
leadership for her first two clicks to give you
another action. The damage of 4 is really good
on her, b/c it allows her to split up her damage
into 3/1 or 2/2, or all 4 onto a character,
since she has double bolt targets.
Overall: She is a very nice sized second
string attacker. I doubt she’s good in anything
but the marquee coming up, but we’ll see what
happens. However, she is a very nice and cheap
support killer. A little pricey, es, but she is
extremely effective and with her willpower and
toughness on her, she’ll be in a beter shape
then other medic and backup killers.
