Snuffles,
I have my Harry Potter deck here. It's a Fluffy deck, and it does need a little
help. Her's my strategy: It can go two ways, depending on what my opponent
does.
If my opponent is playing denial, this is what I do. I get up to 11 lessons as
quickly as possible. I need to have Fluffy the turn I get 11 (via Serpensortia,
drawn, etc...)
next turn, I play platform 9 3/4 (love that card!!!!) Fluffy, then through the
Arch. The Arch shuts down my opponents spells which means two things: They
pretty much can't take out Fluffy, and the time they spend solving it Fluffy
whoops butt. My second strategy is get up to ten, play Fluffy and then either
Dog Bite or Steelclaw.
That's the quicker way. Anyway, believe it or not, I have complete (and
unexplainable) problems with Quidditch decks. I've tried No time to play, but
it doesn't work. They all use Argus Filch, too. Oh well, here's my deck.
P.S. I can get just about any card I need so feel free to make great
modifications!!!!

Hey there Cello!!! This is the coolest named deck I have yet to see and that was the main deciding factor upon me meching it. OK first things first. You have TONS of Trans lessons, but no denial. We gotta fix that. You have a solid theme going here, but unfortunately your deck doesn't kick in till late game. We gonna make it work a lil bit earlier in the game so you're not a sitting duck for speedy decks. Also, I know you like the Platform combo, but keep in mind that Professor McGonagall is ever-present nowadays. We are gonna switch the Platforms out for Deboning. These will hurt all decks AND if they aren't playing McGonagall, its twice as bad as simply getting your adventure out. So instead of the three card combo, its two cards now. Also, I'm not sure I like the Serpensortia for you. I would rather see more creatures than ways to search for the ones you have. I definitely see the need for Hagrid and the Stranger though. Too bad yer not playing charms to go with Halloween Feast, but you don't really need it. Anywho, here we go.

Starting Character: With these lesson types she is the fastest you are gonna work this deck. Since you do have SOOOO many lessons, you may consider Hermione, Potion Maker from the new set to see how she works. This way you could conceivably play 4 lessons on your first turn.
Care of Magical Creatures: Ok we are going to add a few 6/7 costing creatures for you. I went with Crazed Capybara simply cuz he is new and lets you draw a card. Vicious Wolf and Guard Dog are also solid choices here. I think yer going a little overboard on the damage here too. 4 Dogbite and 4 Steelclaw for 8 creatures is a bit excessive. I am a big fan of playing more creatures rather than the Dogbite/Steelclaw. Definitely need to keep the Steelclaws in though, so well take out the Dogbites. Also I know Fluffy is really cool, but 4 is too many. I suggest three at the most because that is definitely one card you are likely to have stuck in your hand at some point.
Transfiguration: Need more denial here. We going with my two favorites: Picking on Neville for the early game and Scribblifors for the middle and late game. As I discussed earlier, we are adding Deboning and taking out the Platforms.
Adventures: This is the perfect adventure for your deck.
Lessons: Just a tad excessive. After all, your highest costing card is 10 and it is the only one you can have in play and it is the only one that eats lessons. Tone this down a bit.
