What we have here is really the best of Dante's
"real" leaders (this excludes Reclusive
Herbalist), with another strong setting ability
for Homunculus. Dante's main strength as a
leader is that all the other Homunculus leaders
have better allies than her, but her levels 1
and 2 are both somewhat lacking. Homunculus
really needs 8-costs, which makes the amazing
effect of her 7 command somewhat useless. Thus,
we end up with an insanely powerful level 3 that
requires a Philosopher's Stone.
Because Dante sets characters instead of allies,
and has the bonus of alchemy, she's a bit better
than Envy's level 3s, and a totally different
idea than Lust's Woman With a Dream. It's a
powerful leader, but not much other than that,
her real strength, again, comes from the allies
she can play.

We finish off
the week with another look at an XE, Dante,
Seductress. This is one of two level 3 choices
and is it better than her other option Hostage
Taker? Seductress does have a fairly good main
ability of setting any human ally for the cost
of 1 stone point. However it's attributes pale
in comparison to Hostage Taker who has 1 more
wits and 2 more alchemy respectively. Hostage
Taker has a more expensive stone ability but can
come in handy in a pinch or when you need that
one ally to recruit. I think all in all Hostage
Taker will be the choice level 3 primarily for
it's better attributes.
Constructed: 3/5-It's good, but as a stone
ability you won't get the chance to use it's
effect every turn.
