Drizer's Dungeon
Going In-Depth
Issue 2: Costly Decisions -- What to do?
October
03, 2005
Hello again everybody,
and welcome to a new edition of going in depth with
Drizer. Over the past couple of weeks, with the Continental
Championships
drawing closer, I have been asking myself and everybody else
a question.
This question is: What should I run at Continentals?
This will cause concern to everyone going to Continentals.
Many people had no idea how close the Continental
Championships are, and I was one of those
people. So, this article is about what should you run if
you're going to the
Continentals.
Ever since U/B/R came out, we have all be faced with a tough
decision - Originality or the 'Cutter'.
Some people like originality, but the question is can you
win with it? This
poses a very significant threat to your success. Think about
it.
Decisions, decisions.
That is what I said, before I chose the deck I would be
playing. I was
making a deck a week, something up until then I was really
negative about. I
went through about 3 decks, before I realized, the deck I
needed was right
under my nose.
I was so wrapped up in creating a tech-deck for Continentals
that I had
forgotten that I had a great deck right under my nose. I
didn't need to
build a whole new deck. I need to use a deck that I have
experience with,
and that's what I did.
I know these articles are short, but I only like to give a
little insight to
what I think on the opinion, I don't really need to write
huge articles, I
for one, just briefly scan over the more lengthy articles.
But the deck is
your decision, follow your instincts.
Look for me @ Continentals! I'll be wearing an official Pojo
T-Shirt!
