  Well there is this one pretty good combo that i know of and it is with psyshroom and mana nexus.  
  What u do is you play a mana nexus to get a mana nexus into your sheilds, then u attack with a 
  psyshroom to get the already used mana nexus into your mana zone, so that u have one in your 
  shields and in ur mana.
