Happy March 1st everyone! Today marks the first day of the new forbidden and limited list in Yu-Gi-Oh! If you have any interest in that game you may be in the wrong place, however, I did make a video tribute to Sangan on my page... please feel free to pay your respects. Well, the last Card of the Day for the week is a trader... a Cyber Trader; let's get started!

Name: Cyber Trader
Civilization:
Water
Type: Creature
Race:
Cyber Lord
Level:
2
Power:
1000
Flavor Text: "Water creatures have no use for money. Their currency is knowledge." -Master Nadia
Rarity: Common
Set Number: 14/55 I 4EVO

Abilities:

Idea Exchange- When this creature enters the battle zone, you may draw a card. If you do, you discard a card.

Cyber Trader is a very simplistic card in nature. It costs only two mana to play and generally has two purposes: use it to evolve into Neuron/Axon or get to key cards in your deck while getting rid of the ones you don't need.

Trader and Sprite are the two most commonly used cards for evolving into Neuron and make him a real possibility by turn three. Outside of a deck that uses Neurons, this card isn't as good. I suppose that you could get to combo pieces quicker but if you want to use that much mana for it then try out Search the Depths, Predict, or the obvious choice, Logos Scan.

This card can set plays up for Darkness Civilization players as they can return cards from their discard pile either back to their hand or back to the field with cards like Dark Return, Return From Beyond, or the new Terror Dragon that was just previewed, Dracothane of the Abyss.

Generally you don't want to play this card unless you have the evolution in your hand or are trying to search for it. This guy dies to almost everything including the ever-popular, Screeching Scaradorable. It's a decent card but we'll have to see how popular it becomes once DragonStrike Infernus is unleashed!

Ratings:

Constructed: 3.00/5.00 (It's main purpose is to evolve into Neuron and he does it fairly well.)

Limited: 3.50/5.00 (In Evo Fury Limited, he can get you to your evolutions quicker, although, you're more likely to be pulling Axon in limited than Neuron.)

I hope you all had a great week! I'll be putting up more videos in the near future and if you haven't checked them out yet, stop by over the weekend! Until next time, keep calm and game on!

"To rest is to admit defeat. Rise and fight, or stay and fall. The choice is yours."- Twilight Commander
Hello, and welcome to another Kaijudo CoTD. Today’s card is…Twilight Commander(ミステリー司令官)!
Civilization: Light
Card Type: Creature
Level: 5
Race: Skyforce Champion
Card Abilities: Rally — Whenever this creature attacks, you may choose one of your creatures that has less power than this creature and untap it.
Power: 5000
This card has been featured in a lot of discussions on the Pojo fourms, and that’s Very understandable. People have been trying to use this card in many different combos. Some of these had achieved some level of notoriety (Alcadeus+Twilight Commander) The problem with this card is that in order to use it’s effect to the fullest, you need to do some sort of set up depending on the card your using this with. If the other creature already has less power then your in the clear, but to use this card with creatures  that have more power than 5000 requires a lot of planning, and hoping that your combo isn’t(very easily) ruined. Otherwise it has a stable power to level ratio so I’ll give it that.
Pros: Interesting  effect that can help you reuse many great cards
        Stable power to level
Cons: The effect is a bit gimmicky
Combos involving this card are hard to set up and can be stopped very easily
My Rating 3.00/5.00

Welcome back to Pojo.com's Card of the Day section! We are closing out this awesome week by looking at Cyber Trader. Cyber Trader is a water civilization monster that is a level two Cyber Lord with 1000 power. Cyber Trader has the ability Idea Exchange that allows you to draw a card, then discard a card when Cyber Trader enters the battle zone.

Not a horrible card if there is something you really cannot use in your hand, or if you are hinging your net turn on drawing just the right card. But overall, this guy is barely worth the trouble. A level two with only 1000 power will not last long, and being sent on suicide runs us about all I can see him being used for. Perhaps had he had Blocker he would of had at least some better purpose.

Cyber Trader review:

Pojo Pojo Pojo its another great friday and its another great day for a COTD!

Cyber Trader:

Water

Cyber Lord

Cost 2

Power 1000

Idea Exchange — When this creature enters the battle zone, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card.

So much like yesterdays COTD. This effect is pretty simple, but pretty awesome at the same time. As many of you already know I am sure this is some fantastic bait for the poweful Cyber Lord evolutions, and is played in 2-3's in the infamous Blurple deck. Now I've seen some debate in the forums about the usefulness of this card and I have to agree that without Emporer Nueron this card would basically be used in niche decks. I remember when Cyber Trader was first revealed people were thinking of some really cools combos using this card and Keeper of Dawn for some awesome spell recylcing plusses. Alas those ideas have seemed to drop off, although now that I am writing this I really want to try it out!

Being an early drop is great for those pesky rush decks and allowed for some much needed battle removal. Not to mention can allow for some weenie swarm potential when you really need one creature to end the game.

Adversley this card is susceptable to every removal in the game currently. So those mass removal cards and Screeching Scaradorable help your opponent generate advantage on you.

Summary:

Decent card, great bait, which I believe what it was intended to be. It does that EXTREMLY well. Because turn 3 Nueron is just tough to deal with.

Constructed 3/5

Limited 2/5
