Sweet. I myself have one as well seeing I placed Top 8 at Worlds. Let me break this down. Sorry if I don't know all the names; I'll do my best. 1. The first one was released back at Worlds 2002, given to the World Champion, Walter Cowart. Subtotal - 1 2. Each of the National Champions this year received one... well, only US (Josh), Canada (Shane Bell), and Australia (Shawn). New Zealand got screwed, as the National Champion, Song Chan, told me. Subtotal - 4 3. The San Francisco Regional winner, Richie Williams, one of the writers in the book, borrowed Shane Bell's Champion Aura. This duplicated Champion Aura in the foil deck. Subtotal - 5 4. I met someone at San Diego who had a Champion Aura, and claimed to of gotten it from his sources. I don't know how, but he has one. Don't ask. Subtotal - 6 5. The Top 16 at Worlds 2003 each obtained one. Grand Total - 22 As far as I know, there are only 22 out there (21 legal ones). I bet you must of paid big bucks for yours... I'm trading mine off for some Champion Drills/big bucks. Have fun with yours, but remember, Champion Aura is yes a decent card, it is not one that will save you multiple games. I would much rather have a Where There's Life There's Hope and Fatherly Advice in my deck than Champion Aura, which is useful in only a few decks (anger, infinite beatdown for example). One of the main reasons I'm getting rid of mine is I really have no use for the card in my decks, seeing that I'm only going to put it in my collection or a fun deck. The article that said only 1 was around is outdated; more or less 50% of the book is outdated. The environment changes very swiftly. That's the thing about card games. Have fun with the second most rare card in the game. -- matthewlow@franceslow.com "You will not be allowed to do this to anyone else!" - Gohan --
