Swiss Style Round 1 Opponent: Levi Potter using Red Style Frieza Seeing how he was using Frieza my card power was no use. Through the first half of the match I was being hit with lots of energy attacks but after a while by attacks started hurting him and I managed to deck him easily after Frieza hit 0000. The main factor was that he had Android 17 and Piccolo out but never used the powers and never had them take damage. Round 2 Opponent: Matt Jefferson using Red Style Goku(with HT1) I wasn't really concerned with him since I beat him 2 out 3 times before the tournament started. It was a good match as though I got the use of my power he gave me Awful Abrasions so I couldn't use it after awhile he made it to level 2 but I used Vegta Scans The City and just hit him with powerful attacks and stole a few of his DBs and I managed to deck him and won. Round 3 Opponent: Chris Coffey (9th in world) Red Style Goku I didn't know what to expect from him since he very good at making great decks that are hardly seen and the fact he's my main rival. It worked out the same as the last match basically though the match took less time. Round 4 Opponent: Derrick Wilson using Orange Piccollo(AS) The match was bad for me from the start, he played Eyes of the Dragon and used Unexpected Allies to pull Android 18 first turn. I got Namek 3 in play my turn and attacked then he stole it and pulled out Dodoria. A few turns later I was at level 2 but my power was useless and the last 3 turns of the game was stealing Namek 7 with 3 or 5 and it went that way till it ended. My problem was he had all these non-comabts and drills I could've stolen Namek 4 but he had an Orange Focusing Drill and his plussing drills killed me though I probably would've won if I used Blue Betrayal on 18 so he couldn't stop my first attacks. Round 5 Opponent: Bryan Layman (10th in world) Saiyan Trunks He's my other main competition and has the deck I most hate in the world (Black Vinegar depending on pulling allies to kill his opponent). Any the whole match was getting dragonballs and using Super Saiyan Effect on each other eventually he powered up to full with a DB and kept my power stages low and finished me off with Saiyan Destiny. Since the Top 8 in done on hifghest point totals mine was questionable with 6 slots taken and 7 people trying for the other 2. I got one of them because I faced 4 of the 6 qualifiers and Chris C got the other spot. Quarterfinals Opponent: Jamie Huskey with Trunks (No style) I played against this deck before with my black goku deck and almost won so I knew what he'd do. He pulled out Goku's Capturing Drill in his 1st or 2nd turn and got some DBs out to but I got out a few too and I Blue Betrayaled away his Capturing Drill and proceeded to hit him with my physical attacks and using some of my energy attacks for final physicals. The fun point in the game was when I had about 12 cards in my hand thanks to 2 Blue Leavings and he ended combat which made me sad, but I kept hitting his life deck and he drew out of cards on his turn. Semifinals Opponent: Chris Coffey with Red Goku I was happy about this because he eliminated Derrick during their match but I was freaking at the start of the game because by the end of his 2nd turn he pulled out his 3 Android 20's Search Patterns and got rid of my Winter Countrysides and Cell's Threatening Position. The match was fairly close with him almost making level 2 because I let him get to 5 anger on level 1 and used Blue Foot Smash and for the rest of the game I kept him at 0000 and used my energy and physical attacks to win. Finals Opponent: Matt Jefferson with Red Goku I got lucky twice because he eliminated Bryan in the Semifinals. I thought I had a bad hand my second turn witb a Winter Countryside, Cell's Threatening Postion, Vegeta's Jolting Slash and Namek DB 3 but I worked out this strategy and played WC and discarded CTP, rejuvenated VJS and kept Namek 3 in my hand. I never got to use CTP as I stole his earth DBs and got to level 2 and decked him(I was going to use CTP for a final physical but I decked him the attack phase before) So I won the tournament along with the prizes: Tournament's Winner T-shirt, orange scouter and warriorsword, 1 red block hand, 1 planet vegeta, and 5 packs of Android boosters.
