The basic strategy is getting out as many drills as I 
can.  18's change the future power helps set my deck up 
so that I can get the drills I need, when I need them.  
You can use 18's Staredown to get rid of energy 
defenses or big physical attacks.  The first drill I 
try to get is Orange Focusing Drill.  The only real 
threat this deck faces is getting Straining Jump Kick 
Moved, which would get rid of all of the drills.  
That's what Winter Countryside is for.  It not only 
prevents them from winning by anger, but also stops the 
threat of SJKM.  Black Water Confusion Drill is there 
to help against Dragonball Victory.  Orange Off 
Balancing Drill and Andriod 20's ABsorbtion Drill help 
against beatdowns.

That's pretty much it.
