This is a Krillin, Red, Anger Deck I made.  I picked Krillin for 2 reasons.
 
1. To be a bit more "Original"
2. His Lv. 1 HT Power

Basic Strategy:
 
Krillin will also have a head start in combat.  He will almost always go first and at full except against SSHT Gohan(Which will probably never happen.)  I also have huge card advantage.  With the Pausings, Expectant Trunks, and EDB5.  Krilin also has a ton of cards that gain anger.  I packed very few defense, so that I can gain anger a bit faster without having to think are they using energy or physical.  All the cards help with the anger theme.  Some odd things to point out:

What I use this for is to search for Cell's Threatening Position and Goku's Heart Disease.  And put Red Eye Laser Assault on the top of my deck.

My greatest defense against anti anger.
 
Red Face Upheavel
 
Destroy that pesky Awful Abrasions
 
This deck is almost guarantteed to get to lv. 2 on my first turn.  Sometimes even lv. 3, if draw a battle pausing.
