Namekian Braced Beam
This card in my opinion is terrible, because it is one of those "if"
cards. Your opponent might not be playing a saiyan Mp, and that
would make this card just do 7 damage for 3 stages. Even if he is
all this would become is 10 damage attack that cost 3 stages. Use
Namekian Blinding Ray's over these instead.

Ah, another Namekian card. Looks like we're in for Namekian week!
This card is apparently the Namekian counterpart to Saiyan Intense
Ki Ball (AT dmg for 3 stages; If you have Vegeta, this attack does
+3 dmg), however, the Saiyan attack is better. "If" your opponent's
"MP" is Saiyan hurts this card a lot. Then again, there are a lot of
Saiyan players out there, especially in the Tournaments. With the
likes of Broly, Legendary Super Saiyan out there along with a tad of
other heavy Saiyan hitters, the effect does stand a chance. But it
costs 3...not worthy. You'll be inflicting around 7 AT +3 w/ the
latest Piccolo, which is good, but not great. The new AT table is
coming out-which means this card's effectiveness will be as good as
dead.
