Eeep. Well, I'm not sure what "easy to play" means here. I hope that at the very least, I can slip in Oak and a couple of searching cards.

1) Well, there's no two ways about it... Victreebel isn't that strong, to put it mildly. Until Gym comes out, there's not going to be much of a way around this. So let's just leave it and go on to the Water pokes. I recommend you yank Seaking for the Dewgong family (cuteness galore, and just a bit more solid.) Articuno and Lapras can stay, although if it were up to me I'd replace Articuno with Scyther or more Lapras.

2) Yank the Pokeflutes. I'm sorry, but they gotta go. Now put in a couple of Oaks and Computer Searches. I hope this won't make the deck too complicated, but they're all but neccessary. You've already got some very good, sensible stuff like GOW and removal in here, so that's about all for now!

3) Energy. No real need for DCE in here, since you don't have Scyther or anything like that. And your energy looks okay. If it ain't broke, I won't fix it.

This deck is okay. Per your request, I tried not to make it too complicated or change too much (why I didn't instantly recommend 4 Scythers, which I would have done in almost any other case.) Should be okay now. And please, when Gym comes out, yank the Jungle Victreebel family with all due speed...
