Hmm, here's yet another electric-psychic deck. But
this one is more original than most--in fact, it's
been created with a specific purpose in mind; hosing
Alakazam stall decks. So naturally I had to post it
:-)

1) I assume you're talking about no-energy stall
decks. (If the objective is to ATTACK and to DRAW
PRIZE CARDS--God forbid--then it's no longer a true
staller and isn't nearly as lame.) Scyther isn't
really that great versus stall decks, because most of
them use Mr. Mime, whom Scyther cannot touch. You may
want to consider dropping one of them and sticking in
a couple of Jigglypuffs. Jigglypuff is just about the
ultimate Mime hoser. Psy resistance means he can't be
hurt in the event that your opponent decided to pack
some energy along, and Lullaby plus a couple of
unlucky flips changes Mr. Mime's job description from
"impenetrable wall" to "appetizer." It will make you
weaker to normal hay, but not as much, since more and
more people are dropping Hitmonchan for the new
Magmar. Speaking of Hitmonchan, you may want to think
about him since he's excellent for felling Chanseys
should the need arise. Just a suggestion...

2) Okay, this has to be a first. Maybe it's not a
first, but it's notable nonetheless. A deck where
almost all the trainers are excellent! The only thing
(yes, the ONLY thing) that I can object to in
principle is that your Oaks and Bills seem to be
reversed. You have 4 Oak and 2 Bill. That should
probably be 4 Bills and 2 Oaks. Keep in mind this is
anti-stall. You don't want to deck yourself out THAT
fast :-)

3) You didn't mention any energy problems, so who am I
to change things?

A new card list seems rather superfluous. Other than
the Bills and Oaks, I didn't find anything really to
change, though I did make a couple of recommendations.
So don't worry 'bout it. Go forth and make 'em weep.
Maybe next tournament they'll show up with something
that attacks :-)
