Okay, you're correct about one thing--your trainers need some work. But that is easily remedied.

1) The first thing we need to do is create room. 21 Pokemon is really too much. I'd take out Muk altogether. This is a bit drastic, but you need some serious space. Alternatively, you could keep Muk and drop the Scyther, or drop Koffing instead of Scyther.. It all depends on where you want to go. Keep in mind that Beedrill is the main attraction here, and the rest are just the supporting cast. This is something that can be played around with a bit. If you have problems with fire, consider other basics such as Kangaskhan instead of tying yourself up with another evolution line. Bottom line--unless you REALLY have problems with Pokemon Powers, it's not worth taking up the space for Muk.

2) Here's where you begin to use the space. We now have 7 spaces to burn. Put in 4 Computer Searches. I don't know how the hell you were planning to go off without these, but you need 'em now. Everything else looks good. If you really, really need more space (for the aforementioned Kangaskhan, perhaps?) you could drop a Bill (3 being almost as good as 4) or the Retrieval (since you'll likely be drawing through your deck fast enough to get plenty of energy.)

3) And here's where the rest of the space goes... Get 3 DCEs in there. A 4th would be nice, but even 3 will help immeasurably. Beedrill, Scyther, Pinsir... the main question is how you could not have DCE here in the first place!

Whoo. I've been playing a deck for a while that uses this same basic principle, but with Nidoqueen instead of Beedrill. Given my experience with that deck, I'd say this one is gonna be pretty good. Give it a whirl--I think you'll find that the much-increased speed is well worth the loss of Muk. You'd have had trouble getting Muk fast enough without searching anyway....
