Dr. Proctor

Dr. Proctor is the doctor at a hospital that has nobody working at it. His favorite thing to do is sleep, sleep and sleep. He doesn’t like Pokemon very much, since he doesn’t work at a Pokemon Center, but once he had to help Pikachu when it swallowed an apple. Then, Team Rocket stole a truck and a lot of Pokemon were hurt and he had to take care of them. Now, he doesn’t sleep as much as he used to and cares a lot about Pokemon.
