His GB2 Oracle gives him 5k + Critical. That's not
interesting, you're here for his second skill: to draw
until your hand holds 5 cards, if your hand is 4 or less
cards. It's also GB2 restricted, FYI.
I would have to ask exactly what the hell went wrong
with your game if your hand in OTT sucks this bad that
you have to drop this. As in, for this to be actually a
1-card-for-1-Counterblast cost, you'd have to start the
turn with a hand of 4. Drop 1 to Stride, draw 2 cards
when this appears. So much like the other GRs not called
Nextage, he's a low copy card, only really there to
recover your hand to use Oracle again. His extra power
and Critical suffers from a redundancy issue given how
late it is, unless you G Guarded and you can drop this
as a first Stride, but bizarrely, that's the BEST OTT
has for pressure from things not called Silent Tom.
Doesn't really set me alight, but for something that
costs the same as Take-mikazuchi and in a VERY clutch
situation can net more cards, it's okay.
