Exxtreme Battler, Victor   I would have preferred a clean sweep with Ragnaclock getting involved this week, but Nanya went and blew that load early (grr), so we'll get the odd one out out of the way today.   Ahem.   It's G-Unit Week, and we look at...NOT a G-Unit, but a card that supports G-Units. Victor here has a Generation Break 2 ability that allow him to stand a rear-guard and give it 5k when Victor attacks. And as for his second skill, when you Stride on top of Victor...the G-Unit gets the same ability, except it's not GB2, it's just normal. And it's restricted to once per turn, to avoid a re-standing VG clause. And you need to Counterblast 1.   So here we are. We have the new Nova Grappler deck's main ride. So how does it work on its own merits? Well, granting the power to force potentially another 5k shield out of the opponent for another attack for CB1 is efficient enough I suppose, and coupled with a threatening G-Vanguard like Vic-Ten it's got quite the bite. Generation Break-wise, as usual it seems pretty slow. Scratch that, with the support it's currently got it's slower than the others, since unlike Ragnaclock or similar Victoplasma provides absolutely no skill if you haven't Stridden already, preventing you from abusing Victor early unless you're REALLY nuts and want to eat 2 CB and a -1 from the hand.   You need to reliably Stride in the deck he's in, otherwise a vanilla Vanguard is no good. Or fun. But for what it's worth, He's actually really good.   4/5

Exxtreme Battler, Victor   Hey kids!  Are you ready for an EXTREME week?  Well, we're starting off our EXTREME week with Exxtreme Battler Victor!  So sit down, strap yourselves in, because it's going to be EXTREME!   Also, Victor here seems to be an EXTREME shout-out to Gundam Build Fighters.  You should watch that, because it's EXTREME!   This EXTREME Nova Grappler Stride boss lets you do EXTREME things when you stride! Namely, allowing one of your EXTREME rear guards re-stand for a single counterblast on the turn you EXTREME Stride with an extra 5000 power to go with it!  Man, that's so EXTREME that I can barely contain myself here!   On top of it, this unit's EXTREME GB2 skill gives him an extra EXTREME +5000 power and allows him to do the same skill as his EXTREME on-stride skill, just without needing a Counter Blast to do so.   Man, that's so EXTREME that it almost makes Phoenix Raizer look mellow.  Almost, but he's a touch slower, so not as EXTREME for the restanding!  But at least you don't need to wait for four damage to do it like Ethics Buster.  So, you still have that EXTREME benefit!   So EXTREME that I can't help but bang my head up and down like I'm rocking out a hard rock guitar solo right now!   ...Okay, so I ran that into the ground, don't you think?  Anyway, short version is, this is a nice non-legion Nova Grappler deck.  We're going to be looking at Stride units the rest of the week, so enjoy it.  And, yes, if you're running pure stride Nova Grapplers, run this.   So EXTREME!   Won't be doing that the rest of the week, I promise.   Rating: 4/5
