[ACT](RC):[Choose one grade 3 card with "Regalia" in its card name from your drop zone, and put it on the bottom of your deck] If you have a «Genesis» vanguard, choose one of your grade 3 units with "Regalia" in its card name, and that unit gets [Power]+5000 until end of turn.

Final card of the week is
support for the Regalia deck, Ordain Owl. This lets you
send a Grade 3 Regalia in the drop zone to the bottom of
the deck, to give a Grade 3 Regalia 5k until end of
turn.
Eh, I guess it could make a
column if Minerva hasn't powered up with a Break Ride or
something, but again, its power is so low you need a
10k+ attacker just to make columns. And as much as I
enjoy Arwen for Jewel Knights who is essentially a clone
of this, unlike Arwen Ordain can't be searched and
there's less freedom as to where to put him. Not to
mention there's more column formers in Jewel Knights
with Arwen.
Ordain's too much of a
liability to run at any higher than 2. Especially since
you need to actually DUMP your Regalia first before you
can milk him for anything.

Ordain Owl
Vanguard's version of the Evil Devil Bird from Yugioh.
While this only affects 2 cards at the moment, there
is more Regalia coming down the line and this card can
really make this card a pain in the butt.
To put it simply, if you send back 1 Regalia from
your drop zone to your deck, Minerva gets +10000 when
restanding, not including any trigger boosts that she
got off the twin drive, nor any other boosts she might
have going for her.
Right now, it's not too bad, but later on... Let's
just say that there's a reason that people on the boards
don't like this card at all.
