My deck is a little different, kind of a rogue deck if I should say so myself. It's based off Eevee, my favorite Pokémon. I have the strategy both on the decklist in a concise form, and a longer paragraph-form strategy afterwards.

"Hunt and Defend"
Pokémon (26):
x4 Eevee (Discovery) (it's the easiest way to get my evolution in play)
x2 Umbreon (Discovery holo) (Main attacker: uses "Feint Attack" to one-hit KO Baby Pokémon)
x1 Espeon (Discovery holo) (Does lots of damage against heavy Energy users)
x1 Espeon (Aquapolis) (Returns the Energy that Blissey uses for its "Happy Healing")

x4 Chansey (Aquapolis) (To evolve into Blissey)
x3 Blissey (Aquapolis) (Heals an attacker when it is on the Bench. The low Retreat costs make this possible)

x4 Mew (promo 47) (To defend while Blissey uses "Happy Healing" on a Benched Pokémon.

x3 Doduo (LC) (To evolve into Dodrio. Also anti-Tyrogue.)
x2 Dodrio (LC) (To reduce the already-low Retreat costs of my Pokémon in order to make "Happy Healing" and "Double Gust" more effective).

x2 Cleffa (Genesis) (To speed up the card flow)

Energy (20):
x12 Psychic
x4 Darkness
x3 Recycle (If no Dodrio are Benched at the time for easy retreating)
x1 Boost (For use with Blissey)

Trainers (14):
x3 Prof. Elm (See "Cleffa")
x4 Gold Berry (Another method of healing)
x3 Double Gust (Blow a weakened or powering Pokémon to the Active spot, or put a Baby on the Bench to avoid the Baby Rule).
x2 Town Volunteers (To avoid decking)
x2 Forest Guardian (To get the Darkness Energy or any other key cards quickly).

STRATEGY (in paragraph form):
The strategy is both offensive and defensive. The offense is using Espeon or Umbreon to attack. Umbreon works well since many decks seem to use many Baby Pokémon in them. Umbreon can easily pick them off. Espeon can attack and do major damage, particularly to Crobat and other Psychic-weak Pokémon. The Double Gust works well with weakened opponents, and the Dodrio are also to make all my Pokémon free- or manageable Retreat cost, also with the defensive side.

The Blissey and Mew are the defense of the deck. The Dodrio helps lower the Retreat Cost of my Pokémon, since Blissey can only support the team on the Bench. While Blissey is using Happy Healing to restore the HP of the Espeon or Umbreon (or even Dodrio), I have a Mew out in the Active position, since Modified is full of Evolutions (although Pichu spells trouble for this deck). I use the Boost Energy in combination with Blissey, and then use Aquapolis Espeon's Energy Return to return the Energy to the hand before the turn ends, and then repeat the next turn.

This deck requires a lot of strategy and luck to win, but it can be a formidable force!
