Okies so if you couldn't guess this is an Espeon/Starmie deck =P. Anyway, the whole purpose behind it is that Espeon's a fast card by itself, and Starmie's in there to take out Scizor and Fire.

I've used the Neo: Discovery Eevee because its the quickest way of getting the Espeon out. (Like turn 2ish) Because of this, I have only included 2 Pokemon Traders in the deck as they would be used to get the Starmies out.
I've used Neo: Discovery holofoil Espeon because it can deal 30+ on turn three and I say + because your opponent will build up energy at the same rate as Espeon more or less. And as most big decks like Feraligatr and Magcargo have 3 Energy attacks Espeon can simply rip through them, putting out Feraligatr in 2 turns and Magcargo in possibly one depending on how much energy's loaded on it.

As for Scizor, the damage from Psychic and the Metal Energys attached to it will cancel out. Therefore we have Skyridge Starmie with Core Blast that requires CCC. I've chosen Starmie over Golduck over this because you can utilize Boost Energy without having to loose it in case Starmie gets knocked out or by any other random happening. Starmie's Core Blast will be able to do 30 damage plus 10 more damage for each Metal Energy on Scizor. Therefor it can KO it in two turns unless the Scizor has all 4 Metals on it which will get it done in one turn. In addition, Pokemon with Warp Energy (Kingdra) and Darkness Energy (Murkrow) will also fall to Core Blast. Fire Pokemon? Water Energy has been included so it can be added to Starmie for its water gun to do 20 more damage for each Energy (Energy after the 2nd dont count) So you can do 50 damage to any non Water weak Pokemon with 3 Water Energy on Starmie, or you can do 100 to a Fire Pokemon, or you can damage Scizor with Core Blast having 3 W Energy on it.

I've got Neo Revelation non foil Suicune for Double Gust protection when there's not a Poke ready to attack, and plus both Sui and Espy have free retreat which works nicely.

Cleffa's in there just because its sort of a standard for modified, and Pichu has been added to disrupt Muk, Kingdra, Entei/Cargo, Beedrill, etc.

Trainers...

Professor Elm and Copycat are there for drawing.
Oracle is used to find 2 cards, and then Bill right after to draw those two. (Can get your Boost Energy or Focus Bands..)

Town Volunteers and Energy stadium is used to get back Energy and Pokes, and Focus band is pretty self explanatory. Only 1 Energy Stadium used since there's not much anti-stadium around except for Mirage. Also since Oracle/Bill pretty much gets things done for you its not that much of a nessicity...just once they go.. @_@

Energy...
Included 7 Psychic Energy for Espeon (each only needs 2 and Energy Stadium is in the deck so it shouldnt be too diffucult to get them up) Water Energy is for the Starmie, Warp Energy is to get out of a bad situation, and the Boost Energy are for the Starmie to give the deck a bit of a "surprise factor" if you may.

Hope you like it...
