Okay the basic strategy is to get out both types of Meganium out as early as possible. Wild growth to ensure only two energy are required for attack and to reduce the retreat cost to one or two energy. Soothing Aroma is there so that you can retreat and hide behind a banded Cleffa(or another attacker) and wait a few turns before bringing the fully healed Meganium back out. Focus Band is to be mainly used on a benched and damaged Meganium recovering with soothing Aroma, so the opponent will be less likely to Gust it out and KO it. Also useful for a stalling Cleffa or Tyrogue so thats maxed on 4. There are 3 Switch because Special Conditions may prevent retreating, and they make you spend less energy altogether. It also goes very nicely with Double gust. People who play Switch are annoying. :evil :b Only one Energy Stadium is required for obvious reasons. One recycle energy is there because in order to retreat a wild Growth Meganium you'd have to discard 2G, with recycle you's discard G and get a Recycle back to your hand. the massive trainer engine is there to get out the evolutions out fast. On a good day I can get out both Meganuiums on the 2nd/3rd turn, and I have very rarely ever been stuck with no Cleffa and no card drawing(like, 3 times, ever). Breeder Fields instead of Elm's training Method because Elm's is a supporter, and I wouldn't be able to play Fan club in the same turn. Town volunteers can get back two downed Meganium lines (chiko+Bay+Meg+2G energy), but that is only necessary usually if your opponent plays Fire or very heavy hitting pokemon(like N4 T-tar, or AQ Scizor). Smeargle is there mainly for Scizor. It can paint Scizor(or anything, really. Magcargo, maybe?) Blue so Meganium resists it and it also gains the Metal energy penalty. If it works it is extremely annoying.

Assuming the deck goes off properly, this is what should happen:
Start with Cleffa, Chikorita, Tyrogue, or Smeargle. Fan club, Elm, Copycat, Trader, Eeeek for more basics, then Breeder/ Fields for Evos. Usually you only need one N1 Meganium, and EX Meganium would be best for attacking. While attacking with that, you'd build up more pokes, and switch them when the first gets damaged. then you'd attack with Cleffa, Tyrogue, or EX meganium, N1 Meganium whichever you got, and switch out and in whenever you think your active pokemon is in danger. Remember EX Meganium gets around focus Band with Poison and stops powers, and it heals a LOT faster when there are 2 of them on the board. N1 Meganium would offer the best odds Vs Magcargo. Focus Band it, then attack, putting it to sleep, then you are in a situation where 2 flips are necessary for Magcargo to KO it(assuming they have nothing like Double Gust). Remember Double Gusting a Magcargo to the bench gives a R energy to the new active pokemon. I like this deck because the strategy is original and non arche-typical(last i checked), and it plays well if you practice the deck a lot. It also produces interesting expressions on your opponent's faces, especially when you have 4 Meganiums on the board. :evil:evil It won't win every game and has a problem with Scizor and Magcargo but it is a very fun and complex deck to play.

i have been playing this deck since January of this year, so everything i have here is written off of how the deck actually preformed. Even after AQ and SK came out, I never saw any cards in those sets that would offer anything valuable for this deck, so it remains the same as it was more or less. It took 4th place at the Orlando SBZ and DID beat some magcargo deck, so I assume that's a good thing.

O and sorry for the rambling detailed notes -_-;;;;;;;;;;
