This little number I like to
call             
CLEFFA AND COMPANY
the reason it's called CLEFFA AND COMPANY is because it has a Cleffa and some 
haymakers. Here's the deck...
POKEMON
1 Cleffa (Genesis, duh)
2 Elekid (No energy required)
1 Magby (Its takes care of pokemon with pokemon powers and I love baby 
pokemon because they can't take damage easily)
1 Rocket's Snorlax (Has a good pokemon power and high Hp)
1 Ditto (This comes in handy against evelution guys, I beat a Amphoros with 
this card once and I beat a Typhlosion (Fire Recharge with him at my league)
2 Scyther (The promo one sux and the neo discovery and destiny ones are 
alright for grass decks, but this a haymaker deck for crying out loud so I 
put in the jungle one)
3 Electabuzz (No it's not one of those crappy neo ones their from Base Set)
1 Aipom (Every deck should have one of the neo genesis ones they rock, I love 
that move pilfer)
1 Erika's Dratini (Not the best staller I've seen, but it gets the job done)

TRAINERS 
1 Blaine's Quiz #1 (Draw two cards,retturn it to your hand draw two cards 
return to your hand, this card is great when you use it the right way)
3 Comp. Search (Duh! There the best cards ever, to me there essentail to all 
decks)
2 NGR ("Okay Joe let's get this junk to the deck")
4 Plus Power (I GOT THE POWA!!!!!!!!!)
4 Berry (Duh for Dratini and the babies, plus they can heal a small amount of 
damage on Scyther, Da' Buzz and Snorlax)
3 Gust Of Win (I love those gamely gusts)
3 Switch (Can retreat poisoned weakend parilyzed or bad condition pokemon and 
get rid of any un healthy stats such as poison)

19 Electric (For Da' Buzz and da' babies  and da' rest)

I just reacently built this deck and it is one of my best, every time I get 
different pokemon for each match's begining hand so I always get different 
things one thing you should never do is use Aipom's doubleslap, just pilfer 
so you can get your cards from your discard pile in your deck and then back 
into your hand so you can destroy your opponent with someone like Ditto who 
there is only one of. Cleffa is used for card drawing power duh and comp. is 
for gettin' the goodies out!
And Gust Of Win gets out the weak guy on the bench so can kill it with buzz 
and win the game, the reason not Scyther is because I fought a person with 
the promo scizors in his deck and it had resistance towards grass but you can 
actully use who does damage to take take the weak guys with about 20 Hp left 
and  plus power helps you every step of the way. 
Rocket's Snorlax is good because he gets your opponent to do damage to itself 
when it damages Snorlax after his Collapse.
