Hello phil and fellow trainers i have here two poke mon that i like to use
in my raindance deck i like to use poliwrath(basic) and politoed(neo
discovery). First i'll start off with poliwrath one of my favorite water
pokemon and one of the strongest too. i like to combo my poliwrath's
whirlpool with energy removal(bum bum bum....!)and here's a good strategy
for(believe it or not) defeating grass pokemon with a poliwrath(intrigued
are we). Lets say it's my turn and my opponent has a venusaur out. now let's
say i decide to use whirlpool it removes 1 energy but my opponent could have
another grass energy waiting and then next turn im toast. the point of this
strategy is to dominate their most powerful grass cards. so that's when i
pull out energy removal and remove 2 energy's from my opponent then that
venusaur is dead. i find this more effective than the revelation kingdra
plus you can also combo it with plus power and ret it out in two turns and
that's how you dominate your weakness. and now lets look at the other cousin
politoed and how you can get a fast evolution on him and get him playing as
well.here's a step by step process on how to do it 1. have 2 w energy in
your hand along with politoed. 2.have a blastoise on your bench. 3. then
have a poliwhirl( along with a double colorless energy on him) on your
active spot or bench. 4. now use raindance and give one energy to poliwhirl.
then use your one turn to give the last water energy to poliwhirl and then
finally evolve it into politoed or as i like to call him froggy. also if
you've got 3 other poli friend's on your bench and your opponents you can do
an extra 40 damage. so that's my good strategy and id love to here some
feedback and hear how it went.
