This is Dragon Master. I just wanted to say before I begin my strategy report that I am sorry you guys had to read 3 different versions of my Brock's Rhyhorn strategy(LOL). First I accidentally hit send before I put in the deck, then I rewrote the thing and sent it. Then, I see the first version. Thinking the 2nd version would not be posted, I sent in a 3rd version as backup. I just wanted to say I made a big mistake with that, and it won't happen again. Now, onto the strategy report:
    How many of you enjoyed the Rain Dance deck? I'm sure many of you are saying yes. Well, unfortunately, Water is at so much threat since no one can combat its weaknesses that nobody ever uses it anymore, at least not in the best of decks. And all of the Water Pokémon that are out of action and have been out of action since last month do have hope. People just have to figure out how to combat their weaknesses. Water's problem, however, is the fact that Lightning is used so much against them. Some suggest using Water Pokémon with a Grass-weakness, but that didn't work totally because people found ways around them, too, even with the weakening of Grass Pokémon. Well, there is one Water Pokémon that can bring the Water Pokémon that haven't seen use back up from the dead and back into the game. That Pokémon is Misty's Poliwhirl.
    Let me explain my words. Misty's Poliwhirl is one of the best Water Pokémon around. It has everything a person could ever ask for who likes Water. It has a strong Basic(Misty's Poliwag), 2 great attacks, it has combo written in bold all over it, and its weakness isn't too great a factor these days. Rapids will serve as an Energy Removal attack which keeps opponents on their toes early and Water Punch is massive. It does lots of damage when you stack it up but it also has the ability to have eight or more Energy placed on it at a time with Rain Dance, and when he's in trouble, it can be Flowed back via Energy Flow. His Basic form, Misty's Poliwag, is also one of the better Water Basics. Here's what I mean:
Flash Flood
Pokémon(19):
4 Squirtle(Base Set)
1 Wartortle
3 Blastoise
2 Cleffa(Neo Genesis)
3 Misty's Poliwag
3 Misty's Poliwhirl
1 Chansey
2 Igglybuff(Neo Discovery)

Trainers(24):
3 Professor Oak
3 Computer Search
3 Item Finder
2 Gust of Wind
2 Pokémon Center
3 Lass
3 Pokémon Breeder
2 Energy Flow
2 Cerulean City Gym
1 Nightly Garbage Run

Energy(17):
17 Water Energy
    The goal of this deck is to use Misty's Poliwhirl with Blastoise to get a massive Water Punch attack going. With this kind of weaponry, Misty's Poliwhirl can fight to the finish. But, what if any Pokémon is about to get Knocked Out? Simple. Energy Flow can take back the Energy from all your Pokémon, then you can heal them all with Pokémon Center and Dance it all back down! Amazing! This is an old combo invented by some Rain Dance player last year when Rain Dance was all-powerful. Nowadays, if people remembered this combo, Rain Dance could be resurrected.
    I chose the Base Set Squirtle over the Team Rocket one because of its possibilities. Since Bubble can stall, it's better than it looks against most of the powerful Pokémon. Wartortle and Chansey are TecH. Wartortle is there in case Slowking or Dark Vileplume prevents you from using your Breeder. Chansey is there as a stall card for when you have no other options. Blastoise is the big shelled one. In this deck, Rain Dance is necessary for the Misty's Poliwhirl/Energy Flow combination. As for Misty's Poliwag, it's also a staple. Hypnotic Stare provides Sleep or Paralysis, both of which can be annoying to opponents. As for Double Slap, that gets them when they're down until they can regroup and you evolve into Misty's Poliwhirl. Misty's Poliwhirl is another staple to the deck's design. Rapids removes an Energy on heads with 20 damage early and Water Punch washes away the weak elements of the game(LOL). Cleffa allows you to regroup. Igglybuff stops Slowking.
    Professor Oak, Computer Search, and Item Finder are all staples in this deck, as we should all know by now. Energy Flow sucks up your Energy so you can use your Pokémon Center and heal all of you injured Pokémon. As for Gust of Wind, it's also vital because of the advantage it brings. Breeder gets the Blastoise and Cerulean City Gym helps Misty's Poliwhirl retreat easier. Nightly Garbage Run restores your deck and Lass is our Trapper card.
    The 19 Water Energy are enough for Blastoise.
    Well, like I said, this is an idea and you can change it to fit your style. If you liked this one, don't miss my next deck, Shadow Assault.
