Hello, everyone at pojo. This will be my first(but certainly not last!) 
article for pojo. I hope you like it!


Ok, so this guy is leaving pokemon and he says pokemon has hit the bottom of 
the bucket, without giving a reason. Why do we care? If you think the state 
of pokemon is bad, PLEASE give a reason! I personally think pokemon is better 
than it has ever been, simply because we now have so many options. Long ago, 
only archetypes could win. Today, we still have a hard time against them, but 
rogue decks can still win. That is why the game is awesome; no card is 
invincible. This is also why bans/restrictions are not neccessary. True 
masters can find a way to overcome any card. I'll give an example: Neo 
Discovery Xatu can squash both Sneasel AND Slowking. Use Energy cycle and 
with a lucky coin flip, you can move a darkness energy to slowking! This will 
leave Sneasel without a way to attack, and Slowking will slowly but surely 
die because he isn't a dark type. It's not a great combo, but it can work. 
Finally, he says pojo should close down the pokemon site. NEVER! The site is 
awesome! It should stay forever! One more thing to say before I go: I hate it 
when people say pokemon is "dead" or "going out". As long as people still 
like and play pokemon, it's still alive and well. People used to say Magic 
was "going out" about 8 years ago. Is it dead? No! Pokemon seems to be going 
the same way Magic did. It's here for a long time, like it or not.
