5. Misty's Gyarados - Might not deserve to be here in your minds, but in my
mind, it's a true pokemon all star. Combine it with Muk and it'll just play
itself!
4. Neo 3 Kingdra - It's just amazing
3. Misty's Poliwhirl - :O if you can get just the needed 3 energy on it, it
can do up to 60 damage! Thats not even including if you use a Misty or some
pluspowers :O
2. Blastoise - This was the guy who started the water deck. His power is
unbelievable!
1. Feraligatr - Well, he simply is the BEST card in modified and if
made correctly, it can do well in standard. Riptide is pure 0wnage.
