Here is my 12th article. Dark Gyarados, from Team Rocket.

~70 HP. Not the best in the world. Almost all of the Pokemon from Team Rocket
have low HP. But, there's hope! With Neo 3, comes The Rocket's Hideout! This
raises the HP of Dark Gyarados to 90!!! NOW he's good!

~Bottom Stats. There's Grass Weakness, which shouldn't matter too much,
Fighting Resistance, which, once again, really doesn't matter, and retreat of
(*)(*). Nothing in this section really matters much.

~Evolves from Magikarp. Do I need to explain to everybody why any form of
Gyarados is hardly ever used??? This is why. EVERY Magikarp ever released is
horrible, and has 30 HP. (Hint: Don't bench a Magikarp until you have a
Gyarados in your hand also...evolve him next turn.)

~Ice Beam. Exactly the same as Articuno's Freeze Dry. It's worth the 3 Water
Energies, especially because it's one of the few cards with the ability to
Paralyze.

~The best point of this card, Final Beam. If heads, you do 20 damage times
the number of (W) Energies on Dk. Gyarados to the Pokemon that Knocks Dk.
Gyarados Out. This allows for you to not only get the Prizes by using Ice
Beam, but also gives you a chance to snag an extra Prize on the side.

***Strategy***
~Don't overload Dark Gyarados with too many Energy. There's always a chance
Final Beam won't work.
~Like I said before, DON'T play Magikarp until you have Dark Gyarados in your
hand. From personal experience, Gust of Wind is Magikarp's enemy...
~The Rocket's Hideout is the best thing ever invented for this card... 20+ HP!

~Ratings~

Unlimited: 7.5. I really can't explain it all, but there is always a Gust of
Wind to kill the Magikarps, or Super Energy Removal, to screw over Final Beam.

Modified: 8.5. There really hasn't been much change between these 2 formats,
except there is Rocket's Hideout. Super is banned, and so is Gust of Wind.
