I know there are a ton of top something articles, and they all look like
this...............
5.Electabuzz
4.Wigglytuff
3.Rocket's Zapdos
2. Cleffa
1.SCYTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope I'm slightly different than that (Scyther, put down the exclamation
points!)
So.......here goes.
25.Mr. Mime- Power is incredible, I have thought of 3 ways to knock it out in
one hit. Nidoking, Neo3 Beedrill, and Muk
24. Murkrow- Gold Berry can help this guy. Perhaps better to use in a trap
deck. Use RSA, then if that doesn't work, use Lass to eliminate their
Switch/Scoop Up/L.T. Surge. Rating- 90.
23. Forretress
80 HP
Poke'mon Power- If the defending Poke'mon is benched, it takes 10 damage.
SCC High Speed Spin 50 Choose a benched Poke'mon, then switch it with
Forretress. Your opponent does the same. This power can't...
Oh Yeah! Auto- 60 damage on turn 2. Best bet is to have a Sneasel on the
bench. 60 damage every turn! Forretress is absolutely superior to Donphan and
Dark Alakazam. 90.
22.Elekid
30 Hp isn't too little- this Poke'mon is an effective benchwarmer. Use in a
stall to do damage while removing and preventing damage. 91.
21. Feraligatr
Is energy search an effective card? No. Is PlusPower a good card? Yes.
Feraligatr turns one into the other. He also turns Misty's tears into a way
inproved Misty. Item Finder is the best. It adds 20 (2 discarded) 20 ( 2
discarded for Computer Search) and 10 (The water energy recieved). 92.
20.Sneasel
See Wigglytuff, but Free Retreat. 92.
19.Sabrina's Venomoth
Free Retreat, 1.5 to 9 damage counter removals for 1 energy, and 10 plus
auto-confusion...almost?Everyone knows the Alakazam combos, but this card is
pretty aggressive too. 93.
18.Muk
This card could be junk, but there are Meganium, Feraligatr, Blastoise, and
Alakazam (featuring Mr. Mime) decks. All fall and kill yourself before Muk.
It can also work with Misty's Gyrados and L.T. Surge's Electrode. 93.
17.Kabutops (Neo 2)
90 HP
C Slash 20
W Hydro Cutter 40x Flip coins equal to the # of energy attached to Kabutops.
This does 40 damage x the # of heads. You can only flip up to 3 coins.
Awesome. He offers a ton of good, cheap damage. A good rain dance combo.93.
16.Beedrill (Neo 2)
80 HP
G  ????????? 10 Flip a coin. If heads, the defending Poke'mon is now
Poisoned. It takes 30 poison damage instead of 10 or 20.
GGC Pin Missile 20x Flip 4 coins. This does 20 damage x the # of heads.
30 poison damage means death in 2 turns. Kills any popular Poke'mon besides
Mr. Mime.94.
15. Mew
Rain Dance isn't effective? And why? Because those League people decided to.
It can combo with Aerodactyl, Erika's Dratini and Metal Energy to make the
ultimate deck.94.
14. Scizor
80 HP
S ??????????? Do damage equal to half the defending Poke'mon's maximum HP.
Round down.
CCC ????????????? 20+ Flip 2 coins. This does 20 more damage for each heads.
Wow. Take out any Poke'mon in 2 hits with a PlusPower. Plus, an average of 40
damage for 3 colorless energy is an incredible ratio.
13. Moltres
The card no stall deck is without. 95.
12. Rocket's Moltres
It has good HP, a good attack, and never dies. The best legendary bird. 95.
11. Dark Dragonair
Compare it to Koga's Kakuna, then get a Sabrina's Gengar turn 2 to ward off
Aerodactyl.Afterwards, use it to play any evolution you want! It deserves a
96.
10. Erika's Vileplume
The status queen. It has it all- big damage, confusion, and damage removal.
It also has a very solid line. 96.
9. Dark Vileplume
Everyone knows why he's good. No one knows that  haymakers do not rule the
world! Doesn't every single one rely on cards such as Professor Oak, Stalls
on Scoop Up, Raindance/Meganium/Feraligatr on Poke'mon Breeder, Trap on Trap,
and Wigglytuff on Challenge! This card is great. 96.
8. Brock's Ninetales
Ditto may be good, but he is an inexperienced transformer because he will
transform into weak Poke'mon too. There is also the dreaded Muk. If Muk
attacks this Ninetales, it still has 70 HP and a 30 for 2 attack. As for it's
transformation, it can be used in just about any deck. Use him to transform
into your best evolution. Works well with Forretress. 97.
7. Blastoise
The ability to attach infinite energy is amazing. Play with water abusers
like Misty's Poliwhirl, and the Neo 2 Kabutops and Omastar.97.
6. Meganium
Venusaur loves him. Meganium/Venusaur decks with Koffing and Pinsir will be a
deck to beat. Imagine, being able to fit 28 energy in 14 deck slots!
5. Sabrina's Alakazam
Mega Burn is above average, Sabrina's Kadabra is great, and who said the best
psychic decks were stalls? He can imitate the Mewtwo, Mew and Sabrina's
Gengar that are on your bench by having many attacks, and using them to your
best ability. 98.
4. Alakazam
Who said psychic decks can't be stalls, either? I actually make a Moltres
stall with no psychic energy. This guy is powerful forever. 98.
3. Aerodactyl
No evolutions make worthless every evolution chain. If there are evolutions
already out, use Mew to get them down, and Erika's Dratini and Metal energy
to stop them. 99.
2. Rocket's Hitmonchan
Kill them when they attack (and a 50-for-3 when they don't). I won't say any
more. 99.
1.

Pineco (Not!) 1
Clefable (Too!) 99.5
Clefable is just too good, getting all of your opponents' strong and
effective attacks for "wow!" one colorless energy. It didn't get 100 because
of a card (that's not as good as you're expecting) called.............MACHOP.
I stomp out of the room and never finish this artic..
Siriusblah@aol.com
I didn't use Neo 3's.
