Mew Sock: OMG, BASE GASTLY USEFUL? HAHAHAHHAHAHAAAAAAAA!!!!!! You have to be in sudden death to use this combo, and sudden death almost never occurs.

 

'M: gfgdjgdhkrdhgkreshag, reaugrtg'elsdjfl^$%greuaoyira, ekihgjehsga, erhjghrghrkuhgrkedghrkeguhjkyrs? [and even when it does, Gastly still get's it @$$ kicked, because I mean, who the heck is gonna attack Gastly after he destiny bonded?]

 

Mew Sock: Maybe some total idiot or a person who knows that even when he knocks out Gastly to knock out his own Pokémon, the game is still in his favor.

 

Holy Sock: And besides, just poison Gastly to get around Destiny bond.
