Murkrow: Better Than It Looks
Guardian Master Robert
March 4, 2003

For those who are confused about which Murkrow, I am talking about Neo Genesis Murkrow!  It is probably one of the greatest cards in my book.

Let's take a look at his hit points.  50 may not be the greatest, so that is why he should never be unaided with Focus Band.  No retreat can really get you out of situations, Modified or Standard.  His first attack, Mean Look, requires one Darkness NRG, but no big deal if you are running a deck around him (hehe).  That attack is better if your opponent's active Pokemon requires some heavy energy costs to attack.  Murkrow's second attack is Feint Attack.  It requires a Darkness NRG and a colorless.  Very easy to pay and can easily be powered up.  About the attack, it says that you can attack any of your opponent's Pokemon, defender or bench.  That is pretty good.  The combo you can do is Mean Look their active, then Feint attack their bench.  One more thing, though, is keep ER/SER around if you are playing standard.  If not, hurry with the Feint Attacks.

If anyone doesn't understand, here is an example:
Your opponent has the Sabrina's Gastly with the Pokemon Power, while you have Murkrow with two Darkness NRG's.  You mean look him, and KO each and every one of his bench Pokemon.  Piece of cake.
Well, Pokemon fans, good luck and keep collecting.

                                                Sincerely to all my fans,
