Hey everyone,
    I was looking for an origanal idea for a deck and was haveing lots of
trouble so I aske my friend for help.  She told me to find a use for
devolution spray, so I did.  The idea is to get Koga's Beedrill out and be
able to use Hyper Needle multiple times.  If you've already used Hyper Needle
u can us devolution spray, then a Nightly Garbage Run, and last use Koga's
Kakuna's pokemon power Emerge or another method to get Beedrill back out. 
Either way the Beedrill left play so he can use Hyper Needle again.  Its a
surprise to most people plus its fun to do.
