I have looked a long time for a pokemon who will get you lots of
energys-FAST! After neo genisis came out, I found a lot of these cards.
Ecogym, recycle energy... but I was looking for something to go with rain
dance. After searching every card, I found neo clefairy.
   Neo clefairy's square dance gets energys and fast. Even if you have only
blastoise, clefairy, and opposing pokemon, if you land all three heads, you
can attach three energys next turn. get some good waters out there, it's no
problem. plus, the more you have out, the more chances you have!
   I have not tried this out yet, but theoretically, it should work. please
