We all know that those of us who own a Devolution Spray (or two, or
three...if you own more than that, for the sake of everyone, trade it) never
usually look at the page in your card binder that it's on, let alone actually
play it. Well, I have thought of a few uses of DS, so someone can actually
look at it with a tiny bit of consideration.

~Fossil Pokemon
I meant pokemon that evolve from Mysterious Fossil. Your, hmm, Aerodactyl is
near a KO. You can't retreat it. You have a fully loaded MP Mewtwo waiting to
take out that pesky Fossil Haunter. You draw...what else, Devolution Spray!
You devolve Aero to MF, which is knocked out, but no prize for your opponent.
You take out MP Mewtwo and kill that dumb ghost (which had damage before).
This obviously works with the other fossils, but who plays Kabuto?

~Eeveelutions
Okay. You evolved your Eevee last turn into a Flareon. Your opponent whips
out a...Lapras. Flareon has 40 damage from Water Gun. You have a Devolution
Spray. You draw...a Jolteon! You devolve to Eevee, evolve again, and take out
that Lapras. This works with any combination of Eeveelutions, of course.

~Good or Evil?
Say you have out a Dark Kadabra. You are near a loss, but good ol' Chansey is
sitting on the bench. You have a Devolution Spray and an Alakazam. You
draw...PKMN Breeder! Devolve to Abra, breed to Alakazam, swap damage around
(some onto Chansey) and your good for a few more turns. Again, this works
with any combo of Dark and 'good' pokemon.

Well, there it is. A few uses for what was thought to be a horrible card. DS
isn't excellent, it sure isn't broken, but at least it's getting somewhere.
