I think Espeon is a great card. Reasons:
- free retreat
- Eevee's power (flip a coin, if heads search your deck for a evolution card this card evolves into and an energy of the same type and attach those cards to Eevee)
-psychic may look weak, but consider this:
When you want a pokemon to attack (with good attacks), you'll often need two or more energy cards. That means espeon does 50 for two psychic and a colorless (just like super psy). There are some exceptions (jumpluff), but there are also cards of which this card can take advantage. For example Rocket's Zapdos (!). It needs 4 energies, that means 70 damage! Also, you can use dark Magneton's magnetic lines to get a lot of energies on one pokemon and then hit it with Espeon (might be a very usefull combo).
