I thought of this wicked combo a few weeks ago when I was reading Edo's 
translation of the Neo Discovery card Unown N.  If you dont know what it 
does here is a translation.
 
Unown N
 
Pokemon Power: Normal: All Colorless Damage is reduced by -30.  
(summarized)
 
Hidden Power: 10
 
Hidden Power isn't anything special but look at the Pokemon Power.  
With a Sprout Tower this thing could be wicked.  
 
Sprout Tower Stadium Card
 
All Colorless Damage is Reduced by -30.  
 
Thats -60 damage done when both are in play.  These are some things 
that are shut down by this combo:
 
Wiggly: With this combo Wiggly is useless.  It can do 10 damage 
when a plus power is played!  Hmph...Big Deal
 
Erika's Jigglypuff: 40 1st turn with DCE is now shut down by this 
combo also.  
 
Erika's Dratini: This Pokemon can't do any damage.  It can still 
stall for a few turns but without doing damage it will die very 
quickly.  Even with Barrier.
 
Chansey: Now Chansey does 20 and 20 to itself.  Just plain Yuck!
