One card usually over looked for a great deck is the promo Eevee. I say this because It is hardly used as of now and I believe it will be used quit a bit in decks with the arrival of the Neo Discovery expansion and here are the reasons. 
 
"It is nothing but a different face on the Rattata card" says my friend Robert Luna. 
 
    I differ his opinion by saying that the pokemon power will be recognized while people search for a good way to evolve Espeon and Umbreon. Its CHAIN REACTION is a great way to make the ultimate "Eon" deck for as you evolve one Eevee the other 3 on your bench can become Flareon, Umbreon, Vaporeon, etc. Plus one card that I stress you use as a combo to this card is the Poke Doll. First you evolve the Doll then you start a "trend" on your bench of evolving your Eevee's and before you know it you have a mass of nothing but "eons" and eons of evolved Eevees ready for the fight. If you don't have any Poke Dolls than just use Nightly Garbage Runs to get the knocked out Eevees back into play. I know I will be using this card quite a bit. Here is an example of a eon deck that would use this card very effectively.
